Specializing in web design, revamping the user experience was the first priority as we saw that the old website had too many content levels that can confuse the users. So we went with a big theme of, “Taman Impianku” (My Dream Park). In it, we put all their main attraction into a user-friendly drop-down menu. We also simplified the way visitors can buy their tickets online as well as placing their many promos and events on the main page to boost revenue.
We’re also planning to launch an interactive holiday planner on the 2nd phase, where visitors can easily plan their Ancol holiday by buying tickets online for each of the attractions at Ancol, from rides to SeaWorld entrance tickets.
