  • Content writer will be responsible in producing content pieces for client, in the form of article, email blast and etc.
  • As a mid-level to senior content writer, you are expected to be able to handle/write within a variety of content type at the same time. Example: working on a content piece for Banking, Lifestyle and Music at the same time should be of no problem for you.
  • Being able to receive a brief and direction from content editor and to then develop it into a writing independently
  • Sound structure in writing is a must
  • Working on a daily basis with content editor and content strategist

Job Description

  • Lead projects from a UX perspective, defining functionality, navigation, and interaction models
  • Help define research process and lead/participate in user testing as needed
  • Create and implement the visual design elements associated with brand positioning, public relations and strategic marketing in order to convey an employer or client’s unique message
  • Create UX deliverables: wireframes, functional specifications, site maps, user journeys, flows, personas, site audits, etc
  • Generate innovative ideas across all existing and emerging digital platforms and inspire colleagues to create world-class, pioneering ideas
  • Work with teams to understand resource availability and plan resources effectively so as to produce deliverables and revisions to clients in a timely fashion
  • Work closely with teams to ensure projects are delivered on strategy, on time, on budget
  • Develop and deliver thought leadership and creative solutions that strengthen clients’ market distinction

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years designing large scale websites/digital assets
  • Deep understanding of how to apply the methodologies of interaction design and research to website development
  • Proven skills interacting with, and crafting deliverables that are appropriate for, diverse clients
  • Keen attention to detail, and taking pride in polishing deliverables beyond expectations
  • Ability to describe and defend the value of UX to internal team members and to clients
  • Adequate writing skills
  • Creativity in concepting interaction concepts and models
  • Capacity to think holistically about a client’s business
  • Ability to collaborate extensively and play nicely with other team members
  • Able to adapt approach and process to fit project goals, timelines and other parameters

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in the related field (Flutter/ Kotlin /React Native)

  • Manage the financial goals of accounts in line with the agency’s commercial and business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationship with clients.
  • Ensure an excellent level of service is provided across all accounts.
  • Develop clear objectives for clients, ensuring client aims are fully understood and communicated in achievable plans by all members of the accounts team.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention across all projects for which you are responsible
  • Brief and motivate teams throughout the agency to ensure the overall quality of work before presentation to the client
  • Delivering accountability and reporting both internally and to clients across all aspects of the integrated campaign.
  • Maintain awareness of the key background factors on a project (reputation, financial and business development) and make recommendations on team resource accordingly.
  • Attract new business and retain existing business
  • Strive to ensure the delivery of strategic value, quality work and good value for money.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure excellent communication and delivery
  • Create and manage budgets on all accounts and work closely with the Finance team to ensure each account is operating within the agreed timeframes.
